Lead Manufacturing Engineer
Lead position includes the responsibility to oversee the ME group, assign priorities and delegate work assignments. Develop innovative processes/tool path generation to produce complex machined parts and assemblies, CNC programs for mills, lathes and other equipment. Troubleshoot machining issues. Manage/maintain tooling database. Develop cost estimates. Lead cost reduction efforts. Must be an innovative creative thinker, responsible, disciplined, committed and operate effectively. Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience. Min. 10 yrs experience programming CNC Mills/Lathes. Experience using MasterCam, Solid Works, Lean, 6-Sigma and proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
1st shift Milling
Good leadership skills, hands on, understanding CNC Mills & Lathes Horizontal/Vertical, Fanuc Control, able to troubleshoot, program editing, tool change, knowledge of setup, read blueprints and plate checks. Able to use comparator, gages and other measuring instruments.
2nd Shift Supervisor/Lead Person
Good leadership skills, hands on, understanding CNC Mills & Lathes Horizontal/Vertical, Fanuc Control, able to troubleshoot, program editing, tool change, knowledge of setup, read blueprints and plate checks. Able to use comparator, gages and other measuring instruments.
Manufacturing Engineer
