Assembly & Kitting
Midwest Precision performs highly specialized, close tolerance assembly work using highly trained operators. Assembly processes include: hand and semi-automatic assembly equipment, helicoil insertion, specialized elastomer and adhesive processes, etching, CNC Engraving, and blasting capability using glass bead or aluminum oxide media.
JIT Kanban
We can supply components, sub-assemblies or complete assemblies on a JIT basis using material-pull KANBAN two-bin system.
Certified Suppliers
Midwest Precision has a qualified network of Certified outside process suppliers for Heat Treating, Anodizing (including 2024 aluminum hardcoat), Dry Film Lube, Passivating, Non-Destructive Testing, Painting, Plating and Coating. Many of our outside processors are NADCAP accredited.
