Quality Assurance Program

Our Quality Management System is Registered by AQSR under ISO 9001:2000 AND is compliant with the AS9000 Aerospace Standard.

Our Quality Assurance Program is audited yearly for conformance to Section NCA 3800 of the ASME BOILER & PRESSURE VESSEL CODE AND 10CFR50 Appx. B.

Sampling plans are based on MIL-STD105 E, unless otherwise specified.

Inspection Tools
SPC Techniques, a Federal Surface Analyzer, J&L Comparators, Nikon Microscopes along with a Starrett CNC 3 probe CMM, and a Wenzel CMM are some of the inspection tools available to our Quality Assurance Team.
